Shipping Policy

SHIPPING FEE

• FREE standard shipping on orders of $60 or more!
• $7 flat-rate for orders under $60
• Free Local Delivery (Louisville, KY area only)

Free shipping is valid on orders of on orders $60 or more shipped to a single U.S. address, after promotions and discounts are applied. Gift cards and sales taxes do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement. 

TRANSIT TIME

Most orders ship same day or next business day, generally through UPS Ground (exceptions may apply).

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We currently only ship within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).  We do not ship internationally or to Canada at this time.

LOCAL DELIVERY

Orders eligible for local delivery within the Louisville, Kentucky area will be able to select this shipping method during checkout. 

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your order.  Once your order is packed and ready to go, we will send you an email with shipment tracking information.

ORDER ADJUSTMENTS

If you need to make any updates to your order, please send an email to info@AudreyLiz.com.  We cannot make changes to an order once it has been sent into fulfillment, but we will work with you to try to get the issue resolved as best we can!
